Community Land Trusts in Europe: State of the Sector Report Launch

On 27 May, 2026, The European Community Land Trust Network and The Good Economy hosted the online launch of Community Land Trusts in Europe: State of the Sector Report, sharing independent impact data and a presentation of pathways to scale.

We were delighted that nearly 200 registered for the event, with over 100 attending in person.

We would also like to extend a warm thank you to our speakers from co-hosts, The Good Economy as well as the European Commission’s Housing Task Force, Laudes Foundation, and developers from Revive and Igloo.

The webinar covered:

● Impact in action through data and stories.

Our scaling roadmap for transforming CLTs from niche to mainstream.

Policy enablers at different scales and our role in the EU Affordable Housing Plan.

Partnerships with developers in practice.

● Industry champions - the launch of our new programme of leading developers and investors, shaping and scaling these partnership models across Europe.
