CLTs are scaling rapidly across Europe, with 31,500 homes in our collective stock and pipeline.
In the UK, community-led development could account for at least 5% of housing development by 2029 - up to 15,000 new homes annually.
In December 2025, we published the first independent impact report on European CLTs.
The report aims to increase our understanding of CLT strategies, structures, and impact, as well as explore potential pathways for growth. This piece of evidence would have not been possible without our members and their important work on the ground.
